Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was clean and nice, with a lovely terrace, but it was a bit noisy, which made me feel a bit ill. The service was not the friendliest, and there were some issues with rude behavior. The location was convenient, close to Pamukkale & Hierapolis, but the cleanliness was lacking. The dining options were decent, with some good food choices amidst an unappealing presentation.
The hotel had a damp smell in the rooms, which were not very spacious but clean. I appreciated the provided shampoos, conditioners, and body lotion. However, the room layout was a bit inconvenient with only one lamp in the corner and no windows. The service had moments of extreme rudeness but some staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location was not as good as expected for a resort hotel, but the thermal pools were a highlight. The dining experience was subpar with limited food choices. Overall, a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.
The hotel is spread over many buildings, some not easily accessible, with decent-sized rooms at the back. Although my supposed pool view required me to lean off the balcony, the location was great for our Pamukkale adventures.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious, were a bit old school with outdated showers, but they were kept super clean by the dedicated Cleaning Team. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with some staff being very helpful and nice while others were not particularly friendly, especially towards group travelers from China. The location was lovely for enjoying the thermal pools but lacked cleanliness and was a bit far from other amenities requiring driving. The dining options were limited and not to my taste, but there were some fresh pastries available. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel is conveniently located near the hot spring pools, providing easy access. While the rooms have an old-school charm and are on the smaller side, they serve their purpose well. The service was a mixed experience with unsmiling staff but exceptional service at the dinner counter. The overall location was ideal for exploring Pamukkale but lacked nearby entertainment options. Dining was pleasant overall, though with room for improvement in variety. The facilities are satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's rooms were average with only basic functionality and some accessibility issues, though they were noisy and unsettling. The location on the forestry-covered foothills was beautiful and close to attractions. The dining options were limited and unappealing. Overall, there were mixed experiences throughout my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from Pamukkale, making it easy to access, but it's a little further from other dining options. The rooms are spacious and have nice bathrooms, yet being spread across several blocks might be a drawback. The service is exceptional and very accommodating, especially when they quickly arranged a room change upon noticing my wife's wheelchair. The hotel's location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to Pammukale and Hierapolis, is pleasant. However, it didn't fully meet my expectations as a resort destination. The dining experience was average, with limited selection at the dinner buffet. The facilities are decent overall, although service from room service to shops is available on the 31st floor.
